Koh Thom Bridge spans cross Basse River connecting 110 Highway at East Bank and 21 Highway at West Bank. It would enhance the communication and economic development at both sides by improving the transportation between two banks of river after the project completed. 

This is a design and build contract with a total length of 830m.  The main scope consists of one new built bridge with 421m long (max. main span is with 135m), 409m East and West approaches section, two new built at grade interchanges, one culvert using concrete pipe.
