Mr. Wang Yanhua is the Managing Director of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) and the Chairman of China Road and Bridge (H.K.) Ltd. Mr. Wang graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology (formerly known as Harbin University of Engineering and Architecture) with a bachelor's degree and later obtained his master’s degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 1992 and was assigned to work in Hong Kong in 1999. Mr. Wang is a professor-level senior engineer of the People's Republic of China and a registered First-class Construction Engineer (highway engineering), a member of various institutions including the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK, and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institution of Highways and Transportation. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Wang assumed a few key positions in our organisations. He has been a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong and Macao) since 2008, and the Managing Director of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) since 2020. He has over thirty years of professional experience and is now responsible for the overall business of Company including operations, business development and project management.

LIU Hailong

Mr. Liu Hailong is a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) and a Director and General Manager of China Road and Bridge (H.K.) Ltd. Mr. Liu graduated with a bachelor's degree from Chongqing Jiaotong University and later obtained his master's degree from Chang'an University. He joined the Company in 2010 and was assigned to work in Hong Kong in 2014. Mr. Liu is a professor-level senior engineer of the People's Republic of China, a registered First-class Construction Engineer (highway engineering), a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK, and a certified project manager by the International Project Management Association. Since 2020, Mr. Liu has been the Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong and Macau), and in 2024, he was appointed as a Director and General Manager of China Road and Bridge (H.K.) Ltd. He possesses over twenty years of experience in engineering and construction sectors and currently is assisting Mr. Wang in operations, project management and technology and innovation aspects. |

Mr. Liu Ning is a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong), and a Director and Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge (H.K.) Ltd. Mr. Liu graduated from Changsha University of Science and Technology (formerly known as Changsha Communications Institute) with a bachelor's degree. He joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 1996 and was assigned to work in Hong Kong in 2006. He is a Senior Accountant of the People's Republic of China. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong and Macau) in 2012 responsible for the Company’s financial management in Hong Kong and Macau and also in charge of the subsidiaries' investment and financing, tax managing and planning of our Hong Kong office. Mr. Liu possesses more than 20 years relevant experience in integrated management of overseas institutions, investment project evaluation, capital risk management and corporate legal affairs. He is currently reponsible for the investment-related business of the Company. |

Mr. Lv Huibin is the Chief Financial Officer of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) and a Director and CFO of China Road and Bridge (H.K.) Ltd. Mr. Lv graduated from Changsha University of Science and Technology (formerly known as Changsha Communications Institute) with a Bachelor’s degree, and joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 1999 and was assigned to work in Hong Kong in 2021. He is a Senior Accountant of the People's Republic of China and has a number of years of experience working in Africa, possessing extensive overseas financial experience and professional capabilities in investment and financial management. He is currently responsible for finance and accounting, funds management, and tax managing and planning for the Company. |

Mr. Cai Lixu is a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) and China Road and Bridge (Hong Kong) Ltd. Mr. Cai graduated with a bachelor's degree from Dalian University of Technology. He joined the Company in 2001 and assigned to work in Hong Kong in 2006. Mr. Cai is a professor-level senior engineer of the People's Republic of China and a Registered Cost Engineer in Water Transport. With over twenty years of practical experience, he has worked in various countries and regions, such as Kenya, Tanzania, Macao, Guangdong, etc. Currently, Mr. Cai is assisting Mr. Wang in business development, tendering and project safety management. |

Mr. Raymond Mau is a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong). He graduated from University of Surrey, U.K. with a bachelor’s degree and joined the Company in 1996. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He has been the Deputy General Manager since 2008. He is responsible for project managment and has involved in several maga-projects with over 30 years relevant experience. |

Mr. William Kwok is a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong). Mr. Kwok obtained his bachelor’s degree from Ottawa University, Canada and joined the Company in 1993. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He has been the Deputy General Manager since 2020. He is responsible for project management, HSQE (health, safety, quality assurance and environment) in our Hong Kong office with more than 30 years relevant experience. |
