WANG Yanhua Chairman and Managing Director
	Mr. Wang is a Bachelor's degree holder of Harbin Institute of Technology (formerly known as Harbin University of Engineering and Architecture) and a Master's degree holder of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 1992 and was accredited to Hong Kong in 1999. Mr. Wang is a professor-level senior engineer of the People's Republic of China, member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, member of Institution of Civil Engineers, member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and member of the Hong Kong Institution of Highways. He was appointed as a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong and Macau Regions) since 2008 and Managing Director of Hong Kong in 2020. He is fully responsible for the development of engineering business and project construction management in Hong Kong. He has more than 30 years of relevant experience.
LIU Hailong Director, Deputy General Manager
	Mr. Liu is a Bachelor's degree holder of Chongqing Jiaotong University and a Master's degree holder of Chang’an University. He joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 2010 and was assigned to Hong Kong in 2014. Mr. Liu is a professor-level senior engineer of the People's Republic of China, Registered and Qualified Contractor (Road Construction), member of Institution of Civil Engineers and Certified Project Manager of the International Project Management Association. He was appointed as a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) since 2020, and General Manager of China Road and Bridge (H.K) Limited since 2024. He assists Mr. Wang on the engineering business development, project management, innovation and R&D projects in Hong Kong. Mr. Liu has over 20 years relevant experience.
LIU Ning Director, Deputy General Manager
	Mr. Liu graduated from Changsha University of Science and Technology (formerly known as Changsha Communications Institute) and shortly afterwards joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 1996.　He is an Intermediate Accountant in People's Republic of China. He was accredited to Hong Kong in 2006 and being as the Chief Financial Officer of China Road and Bridge Corporation in (Hong Kong and Macau Regions) since 2012. He is mainly responsible for company financial management work in both Hong Kong and Macau regions. He is also in charge of our subsidiaries' company investment and financing, tax managing and planning of our Hong Kong office. Mr. Liu possesses more than 20 years relevant experience in integrated management in overseas institutions, investment project evaluation, capital risk management and corporate legal affairs etc.
LV Hiubin Director, CFO
	Mr. Lv graduated from Changsha University of Science and Technology (formerly know as Changsha Communications Institute) and joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 1999. He is The Senior Accountant in People's Republic of China. He was accredited to Hong Kong in 2021 and being as the Chief Financial Officer of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong). He is mainly responsible for financial accounting, fund management, and tax managing and planning of our Hong Kong office. Mr. Lv with years of experience working in Africa, he possesses extensive overseas financial experience and professional capabilities in investment and financing management.
CAI Lixu Deputy General Manager
	Mr. Cai is a Bachelor's degree holder of Dalian University and Technology. He joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 2001 and was assigned to Hong Kong in 2006. Mr. Cai is a professor-level senior engineer of the People's Republic of China, Registered Water Transport Cost Engineer. He has worked in multiple countries and regions, including Kenya, Tanzania, Macau, and Zhanjiang, Guangdong. He was appointed as a Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) since 2024, and assists Mr. Wang on the market development and contract tendering, project management, innovation and R&D projects in Hong Kong.　Mr. Cai has over 20 years relevant experience.
MAU Sai Wai , Raymond Deputy General Manager
	Mr. Mau graduated from University of Surrey(UK) and joined China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) in 1996. He is working as a Deputy General Manager since 2008. Mr. Mau is a member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers with over 20 years' experience in engineering field.
KWOK Chung Yin, William Deputy General Manager
	Mr. Kwok graduated from Ottawa University of Canada and joined China Road and Bridge Corporation in 1993. He is a member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. In Dec. 2020 he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation (Hong Kong) and has been working ever since with more than 30 years relevant experience. He is responsible for construction business along with safety and environmental affairs in Hong Kong region.
