(a) Construction of pile cap (b) Construction of  a 11 storeys building (including 1 stoey basement and top roof), including all structure, architectural, finishing, fixtues, fittings sundries, M&E installation and builder's works in connection with M&E services (c) Design and constrcution of precast concrete facade panels (d) Construction of  dangerous goods stores including obtain Dangerous Goods License from Services Department (e) Engagement of Specialist Sub-Contractor from the List of Approved Supplies of  Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works of the Development Bureau under the specified category for the carrying out of M&E services (f) Construction of  all associated extermal works, including parking spaces, emergency vehicular access, emergency and service access, play areas, services mains, ducts and pits, planters and fence wall (g) Carrying out all necessary landscaping works, including preservation and transplanting works
