Design-Build-Operate Contract for the Phase 1 District Cooling System (DCS) at Kwu Tung North New Development Area
The scope of works includes:
design and construction of the Phase 1 DCS plant including associated DCS plant building and DCS plant equipment; and
subsequent operation of completed DCS in KTN NDA.
The Contract is scheduled to commence in December 2023 for completion in March 2036.
